Host a Site

If you are a site host, please Click Here to access your site page.

On Friday, October 3, 2008, those individuals who want to become part of the solution will again be heard as the fourth installment of National AFV Day Odyssey will take place at multiple locations nationwide.

To host a site, coordinators must hold an event that educates the community about the benefits of AFVs and advanced technology vehicles, provides increased awareness of local refueling locations, and showcases the alternative transportation technologies currently offered in your region. Your expertise, ideas, and participation will be an integral part of making Odyssey a success, and you will help strengthen the alternative vehicle initiative in your area.

Those who host a 2008 Odyssey event will be part of a special network of participating sites across the country. Each site will work toward the same goals and objectives, while tailoring each local event to its unique situation and location.

Becoming a site coordinator is easy! Just meet the Odyssey national goals and objectives and sign a Letter of Agreement. Furthermore, the NAFTC provides national-level support to all sites through a comprehensive planning notebook, national promotion and publicity, local site materials, and more, making hosting a local event attainable at any location.

Together, we can make a difference!
